Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of banditprintco.com and any order you place with Bandit Print Co. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What we do

We print custom stickers from artwork you supply. Every order is made to order.

2. Your artwork and your rights

When you upload artwork, you confirm that:

• You own it, or you have permission from the owner to have it printed
• Printing it does not break anyone's copyright or trademark
• It is not illegal, hateful, threatening, or sexually explicit

You keep all ownership of your artwork. Uploading it gives us permission to use it only to produce, proof, and fulfill your order.

You are responsible for what you send us. If a rights holder makes a claim about artwork you supplied, that claim is yours to answer, not ours.

3. We can decline an order

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including artwork we believe breaks the rules above. If we cancel before printing, you get a full refund.

4. Proofs and approval

Nothing prints until you approve your proof in writing.

Your approval is final. Please check spelling, sizing, colors, and the cut line carefully. Once approved, the proof is what we print, and errors that were visible in the proof are not our responsibility.

If you do not respond to a proof within 7 days, we may place your order on hold or cancel and refund it.

5. File preparation

Basic prep is free. That covers adding the cut line, cleaning up edges, and sorting out sizing and bleed.

Anything larger, including redrawing artwork, repairing low resolution files, or original design work, is quoted before we start. We will never do chargeable work without your approval first.

We are not responsible for the print quality of low resolution artwork you approve after we have flagged it.

6. Colors and finish

Screens and printed ink do not match exactly. Small differences in color, cut position, and finish are normal in printing and are not defects.

7. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and payment is taken in full when you order. If a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel and refund rather than fulfill it.

8. Turnaround and shipping

Production starts after proof approval. Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days after approval.

Any dates shown are estimates, not guarantees. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes the package. Our lost package process is covered in our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Covered in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Artwork storage

We store your uploaded files so we can produce, reprint, and support your order. Files are held on third party hosting. You can ask us to delete your files at any time after your order is complete.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit, missed events, or the cost of anything you built around the stickers.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
