Shipping Policy

When your order ships

Every order is printed after you approve your proof. Nothing goes to press before that.

Here is the full timeline:

1. You place your order
2. We prep your file and email you a proof, usually within 1 business day
3. You approve the proof
4. We print and ship, usually within 3 to 5 business days after approval

The clock starts at approval, not at checkout. If it takes you a few days to approve, your ship date moves with it.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $8.00, free on orders of $70.00 and up
• Delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days in transit after your order ships

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived within a day of your shipping confirmation, check your spam folder or email us.

Delivery estimates are estimates

Once your package is with the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays happen. We are not able to guarantee an arrival date.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can reship it once you cover the postage.

Lost or damaged packages

• Damaged in transit: send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint at no cost
• Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived: contact us within 14 days and we will open a carrier claim
• Tracking has not moved for 10 business days: contact us and we will reprint at no cost

Rush orders

We do not offer rush production at this time.
